"The
W.E.Rock Grand Nationals event helped elevate our sport to a whole
new level. Big and Lil' Rich Klein continue to amaze us with the things
they do to improve the sport and the competition experience for the
fans, the teams, and the sponsors. The volunteers, judges and marshalls
did an outstanding job all weekend. The course design was by far the
best I've seen and the media coverage was absolutely fantastic. If
only we weather had cooperated, and we hadn't broken early..... oh
well, really looking forward to next year!”

“One of the best events I have been to in a long time. Excellent
courses, organized and what a complex: with parking, staging area
and no mud in the rain. I would go back in a minute. ONE BAD ASS COURSE”

“In my honest opinion the Grand Nationals was the single best
event in the sport of rock crawling for the 2005 year (and after being
at _another event_ and seein’ that fiasco I think many would
agree). The competition was close and fierce. Every course and every
bonus (as far as I know) was aced by at least one competitor. I don't
think anyone will deny that one of the most exciting points of the
competition was watching Bruce Zellar (Team 181 of MAD Rock Racing)
do I full 180 degree turn inside of a 14' pipe. …on the C side
there’s the fact that Dan Patterson and Bob Roggy were in last
place at the conclusion of Saturday's competition but on top the podium
at the end of Sunday.”
“Nothing more exciting than the super mod shoot-out!”

“It's all about the people.”
“Every competitor
that commented at the awards gathering at Columbus complemented
the Klein family and or their fellow competitors.
Marshalls and competitors shaking hands and extending sincere
thanks and congratulations on a great season - you don't see
that every day.”
“What
a great bunch of people to be associated with.”

“It was a great venue. Better than I expected it to
be. The courses took thought and skill and I had a great time.
I will be back in WE Rock next year.”

I'm a
little biased, but I thought it was awesome. If we had better advertising
and better exposure it might've been a bigger hit. I'm wondering
if you could forward us any input that might pertain to the ROC
or our end of things in general.
