2008 W.E.ROCK :: Series Standings
The W.E.ROCK National Series is staged as the Most Prestigious Rock Crawling Series in the nation
offering the most geographical and media related coverage possible. Below are the dedicated teams
that run the entire series, whether it be east coast or west coast, these teams are the best in
the country during the current 2007 season.
These series runners and four event participants will fight for the Grand National Championship
on September 15rd and 16th outside of Houston, Texas at Spring Creek Off-Road Park. The top two in each
class from the Grands and the first place from the series will qualify for the W.E.ROCK World
Championships in Sydney, Australia on January 25th - 27th of 2008 where numberous nations from all
over the world will bring the best to battle...
There is no doubt about it, a tie for 1st place in the series with only two event to go makes for an
interesting finale'. What happens over the last two events of the regular season will depict every
bit of the series points. So the question is, who will become victorious? Matt Deas and Jeff Rowland
who have never won a W.E.ROCK Series but countless events or Brad Styles and Mark Andrews who have
won the series back in '05? Or will there be a push by new comer Alan Woodson or Jason Panozzo who
only sit less than five points back?
A very similar story goes for the Pro Modified Class, except Danny rohrer and Chad Rolfert have last years
Championship. Can they hold off Rusty Bray and Josh Wilson who moved into the class after sitting out of
the Unlimited Class? This points race however, is a little more tight as second and third place sit no
more than two points behind. 2nd place Drew Goldie and Eric Dickard comes off a "Rookie of the Year"
season and sit only one point behind the clash for first while Mike Cole has won championships in the
past and is always a threat when it come down to the final two events. Should be an interesting finish...

Holy Crap! What an amazing series championship run, and it all came down to a tie for first place in the
Unlimited Class. Teams moved all over the place as first moved to forth, 9 teams acquired position changes
(some good, some bad), and a champion was crowned by pure consistency and no event wins. The Pro Modified
class turned true with one of the stats given at the beginning of the season: The team to place second in
the first event goes on to win the series. And by pure coincidence, team strategy, and skill, both teams
to win the series are FABTECH Sponsored Teams.
Below are the crazy standings that produced one of the most competitive, most exciting, and most prolific
rock crawling series in the history of the sport. Below that is a write-up of each team in the top six…
Any ties are determined first by the number of wins each team takes, then by the last event finish.
