W.E. ROCK Volunteers :: Work with the BEST!

W.E.ROCK is constantly looking for volunteers to catch every bit of the action up close and personal. Getting the best seat in the house is exactly what you’ll get plus all the driver/spotter associations you can possibly handle. Currently W.E.ROCK is looking for Assistant Judges, Scoring Staff, Staging Assistants, and Completion Crew. Below is what each position entails.

Assistant Judge: Accompany and help the best judging crew in the nation by watching the sides of vehicles, penalizing teams, and being an extra set of eyes in the nations top courses. Applicants must be physically capable to hike and be personable. No Experience Necessary.

Scoring Staff: Scoring is one of the key positions in the W.E.ROCK Family, help and conduct all scoring activities within the W.E.ROCK headquarters. This position is more for those that cannot exert themselves in the elements. Computer skills with Microsoft Excel are an asset. No Experience Necessary.

Staging Assistant: Event flow is important to event efficiency and timing, Staging Assistants will provide each team with constant information on when teams must get prepared to enter courses. Team Preparation for course entrance is the main goal behind this position. No Experience Necessary.

Completion Crew: Completion Crew will serve as a Judges Liaison for proper food and drinks, and equipment upkeep throughout the competition. Once the event is over, this crew usually helps pull down infrastructures and load the W.E.ROCK trailer. No Experience Necessary.
